This is a sleeveless lace blouse from JILL by JILL STUART. I bought it a few years ago and wore it twice. The décolletage has a lace overlay with embroidery, and the sleeves are also frilled, giving it a clean and elegant look. The body of the blouse is not see-through, but the fabric is thin and cool.
