This is a bib I received as a gift. The blue color is beautiful, and the ribbon accent is cute! ^_^ It's PVC-coated, so it's probably waterproof. Although it's new and unused, I opened it to inspect it. I will include the clear case in photo 5 if you'd like. It will be shipped via standard mail.
