No box or manual. Cartridge only. I believe the cartridge is in good condition, but this is my personal opinion. I have tested it on a Retro Freak and confirmed it works, but it may not work on all consoles. The terminal pins have been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it via Nekopos.
