Selling because I bought another item. I've only used these on outings in heavy rain, so I think I've worn them less than 10 times. They are UK5, which, according to the official website, is equivalent to 24cm. I usually wear 23.5cm, but I was able to use these without any problems. (The fit of the calf area can be adjusted.)
