This is a tunic-length cut-and-sew top. The hem has a different fabric and ribbons are threaded through both sides so you can cinch them. There is a small stain on the back hem. It's not in a very noticeable place, so I don't think it will bother you, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
