This is a towel blanket from Akachan no Shiro (Baby's Castle). There are some stains in addition to those in the images. The stains in the images are not very noticeable when the towel is laid flat, but they are clearly visible when lifted. It's large, thick, and made in Japan, so it's sturdy. The size is about the same as a standard baby bed mattress. Using a dryer will likely make it feel fluffy. It is being sold at a low price due to the stains.
