I've had this for about 5 years, and there's absolutely no shine loss or degradation. As the "THE LIFETIME FINISH" GUARANTEED FOR LIFE" states, its brilliance will not fade even after years! I opened it and checked the contents, and I believe all the accessories are included. There is no degradation, but it is not new, so please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about minor scratches or dirt, or if you are a nervous person.
