Used on rainy days, except in winter, for 1-2 years. It's a poncho style, so it was very useful because you could put it on over a backpack or jacket. It also comes with a storage bag. It's light blue with a Pinocchio pattern. A boy wore it, but I think it would be fine for a girl too. It cost around 2500 yen.
