This is a Nintendo 3DS in Cosmo Black. I have confirmed that the software starts, all buttons function, and the camera works. The LCD screen displays very clearly. While I don't see any particularly large scratches or stains, there are some minor scratches. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The included accessory is a charger.
