Waist (laid flat) is 34cm, skirt length is about 63cm. It feels good against the skin and is comfortable to wear. The pattern is also lovely. There is a minor scuff on the back of the lining that is not noticeable. Otherwise, the condition is good. It has been hand-washed. Suitable for summer and spring.
