This is a used item, so there are some scratches and dirt, but it's not in terrible condition. There are a couple of spots on the glass where a fingernail catches, but they're not very noticeable. The dial is clean, and the bezel rotates smoothly. The luminous paint is also sufficient. The daily rate is approximately a delay of 30 to 45 seconds, but this is just an estimate and not guaranteed as it's based on visual inspection.
