NIKE toddler sneakers tend to run large, so they would likely fit children who currently wear 11.5cm or 12cm, but this is just a suggestion as there may be individual differences. Unused, only tried on at the time of purchase, but since it was on display in the store, the sole (ground contact surface) is slightly dirty and there are black spots from the time of purchase.
