This is a limited edition super patch card, with only 20 produced, included in the 2004 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection. Although it is called a super patch, it looks more like a two-color jersey. It has been carefully stored in a dark place with a Dry-Pet and has not deteriorated due to sunburn or fading, but the hologram foil stamping is extensively peeled off, and the condition is not very good. The card is as thick as five regular cards, so please forgive any initial scratches on the corners and edges. It is stored in a zippered vinyl bag. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped.
