Thank you for viewing. This is a vintage, openwork floral hairpin. It was made 50 years ago or more. It is a hand-carved piece by a craftsman, stored in unused condition. It has been soaked in camellia oil for many years, and I believe the deep color of the wood grain and luster are beautiful. Finished with domestic camellia oil. Chrysanthemums, leaves, and other designs are carved in openwork. Each petal and leaf has been crafted by hand, giving it a three-dimensional and dynamic appearance, I believe. This item has been stored at home for a long time. It has been a long time since its manufacture. Please understand that there may be small scratches and scuffs. Black spots, color variations, grain, unevenness, and cut lines on the back of the carving are due to the manufacturing process and the material. Please refer to the images as well.
