I purchased this item from Afternoon Tea about 30 years ago and have kept it on display in a cabinet. The bowl is like new, but the pot has some shallow cracks on the surface, likely due to aging. Please see the last photo for a better look. Although it's difficult to see, there are about 7-8 shallow cracks. I don't think it will leak, but I haven't tested it. I previously used plates from the same series, and they also had shallow cracks, but I was able to use them without any problems. The cute, hand-painted flowers and grapes from Portugal are lovely. Would you consider this more for display than for practical use? For those who love miscellaneous goods and don't mind the scratches, please consider this item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. Bowl: Approximately 8 cm in diameter, 5 cm in height. Pot: Approximately 5-7 cm in diameter, 9 cm in height.
