This is a katazome (stencil-dyed fabric) attached to the back of a saki-ori (rag-woven fabric). The colors have faded and it's tattered. I think it would make a wonderful boro cloth if you do sashiko stitching on it. It's about 120 x 160cm (made of four pieces, each 30 x 160cm). I haven't washed it because I'm not sure how to handle it, but I did hang it out to dry.
