This is a gold-framed Imperial Rescript on Education with a chrysanthemum crest. Frame size: 77cm wide x 40cm high, 2cm thick Paper size: 55.5cm wide x 24cm high It's a large and impressive antique framed piece. As it is an old item, there may be some age-related deterioration, but the condition is relatively clean.
