This is a set of two items. I believe there are no noticeable stains or scratches, but these are used items that a child wore regularly, so please be aware that there may be minor imperfections. Both have elastic waistbands that can be adjusted. The buttons are decorative. There are four pockets, two in the front and two in the back. There is writing on the tag.
