The main unit, instruction manual, measuring tape, original box, and bag are included. Batteries are not included. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think it's in relatively good condition, but since it is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for the quality of a new product or if you are sensitive to such things. The outer packaging has some minor dents and stains. I will wrap this outer packaging in bubble wrap before shipping, so please be aware of this.
