Silk Black Embroidered Sleeveless Blouse and Skirt This is a remake from a black haori (traditional Japanese jacket). It appears to have embroidery of a Daimyo procession (feudal lord's parade). I had this remade from a cherished haori. I planned to wear it with a jacket over it for graduation and entrance ceremonies, but I missed the opportunity and it's been in my closet. I haven't even tried it on since it was made. I think it would also be lovely for everyday wear with a cardigan over it. Since it's silk, the fabric is supple and very light. If anyone would like to wear it, please consider it. The tailoring was done not by a dressmaking shop, but by an individual who does dressmaking. The skirt doesn't have a belt, so those who are worried about the size may find it somewhat flexible.
