It's 100% cotton. There's no noticeable damage, but it shows signs of use. Also, there are some traces of milk stains around the collar. It's labeled 0-6M, but I think we used it for older babies. The zipper opens wide, making it easy to use. I've checked it thoroughly and will note any major damage, but there's a possibility I might miss something small. Please understand that this is a used item, passed down from a child, and I would appreciate it if those who don't mind minor imperfections would purchase it. We have no pets and are non-smokers.
