This is a long wallet with a cat motif from Tsumori Chisato. It's made of sheepskin, which is a very soft and pleasant-to-the-touch material. It can hold almost 20 cards, and there's plenty of storage space for things other than cards, making it functional. I believe it's a rare design. Thank you.
