The outside got dirty during storage, as shown in the photo. It doesn't seem to be scratches. I couldn't find it now, so it may be discontinued. I remember the material being enamel, but I'm not certain. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about enamel. The color is a cute mint blue.
