This amplifier doesn't turn on even with batteries inserted. Unfortunately, I don't have a 12V adapter to test it. It might be a simple issue, but I don't know the cause. I have no technical knowledge, and this product is completely useless to me, so I'm selling it as junk to someone who has the time and knowledge to repair and make use of it.
