This is a Tilz horn mouthpiece, model CE1 (Christoph Eß model). I purchased it directly from Tilz, but I'm selling it because the rim doesn't fit me, after only a trial. There are no scratches or dents on the rim or shank, only slight wear on the shank. It seems to be based on a Schmidt 115, with a thicker shank and a wider throat (I think it's also a bit heavier).
