Purchased in the fall of 2022. Used for about 5 months, only at home. The cover has been cleaned at home. Some fibers are stuck in the Velcro, and I removed as much as possible, but some remain. It doesn't feel worn out and can still be used, but there is one water stain. There has been no spit-up on the cushion. Hoping it can be of use to someone else. Aoba of Toko-chan Belt
