This is a handmade analog mixer, likely from the 1980s. Power and audio input/output have been confirmed. It's probably a personal, handmade item from the era when DIY effects and mixers were booming. I acquired it at auction in the early 2000s. I used it for noise music. It adds a unique noise, which I think is interesting for rhythm machines and synthesizers.
