It shows signs of use, but it functions without any problems. It's rigid and doesn't show any signs of deformation. I purchased this on this site, but after trying it on, the size (length) was a bit too large, so I'm putting it up for sale. My actual foot size is 24.5cm, and when I put my foot in, it felt just right, but when I put weight on the edges, my toes bent slightly, leaving a little extra space at the tip. It felt like the right size for multi-pitch climbing. It might be a better fit for someone with an actual foot size of 25.0cm to 25.5cm. The above is just my personal feeling.
