When I bought it, it only worked with batteries and not with an adapter, but I repaired the poor contact between the DC jack and the circuit board, and it worked without issue. I have cleaned it for this listing, but there are still dirt, scratches, and rust on the screws. Also, Velcro is attached to the bottom. Currently, I do not have equipment to test all functions, but I have confirmed that the power turns on and the banks and patches switch when using the adapter. If you would like to confirm operation with batteries or with a connected device, please let me know in the comments. I will update this as soon as I can confirm. *Addendum: I have confirmed operation with batteries. I have confirmed that it works when connected to a rack-mount multi-effects unit. The only accessory is the instruction manual. An adapter is not included.
