Purchased from Onward's DIP DROPS about 8 years ago. Worn only once or twice. The back has a high-waisted seam with some gathering, and the hem flares out. The cuffs also have a wide, girly design. There are no scratches or stains. However, the loop cord for the toggle button originally had a smooth vinyl coating (photo 1), but the coating has now come off, revealing the fabric (photos 7 and 8).
