This appears to be a Nagoya obi that has not been sewn. My family had it, and it was rolled up like a bolt of fabric, so I thought it was unused. However, upon inspection, there are creases and some stains (a few photos at the end). There are also some wrinkles. It's still usable as an obi, but it's also recommended to use the fabric for making things like bags. Due to the above reasons, it's priced quite cheaply.
