This is the single-color penlight ver. 2. It was released during the Genjibu Observatory Presents Shiritsu Genjibu Gakuen ~ Amanogawa Gakuen event. I've only used it once or twice at lives, but it has been used to some extent. Please be aware that there may be some minor scratches. I have confirmed that it lights up (photo 4).
