Purchased in July 2023. I quickly bought a different lens, so I didn't use this one very often. The lens has no scratches, and to the naked eye, I don't see any dust on the lens. I didn't use it much to begin with, so I've been storing it. What appears in the images is mostly dust, but there are about three small scratches on the edge from use.
