It's long enough to cover your feet, so you can wear it while watching TV, or you can wear it to bed instead of a blanket, or even put it on top of your futon. It's moderately thin, so it's easy to move around in and feels light. The color is a gentle purple (images 6-8 are the closest to the actual color). It hasn't been used that many times and there are no noticeable stains.
