My child used these about 5 times on snowy days when they were around 2 years old! The inside is fleece, providing warmth and a fluffy thickness. They have been washed, so there is some wear on the inner fleece fabric. Also, although they were mainly used in clean snow, please be aware that there are some faint stains as shown in the photos. ^ ^
