When not in use, it was stored in a dehumidified storage box. I think it's in good condition for an old lens, but there are minor scratches from normal use. The hood has a slight used feel. There is no noticeable dust inside the lens, but there may be microscopic dust that is difficult to see. I don't see any mold or cloudiness, but this is a subjective assessment, so please refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns. There are no problems with basic functions such as AF.
