Black pleated skirt with side belts. It's a Leciel wrap skirt. There is a black stain as shown in the photo. It's on the lower back, so it's not very noticeable. I think it will come off if washed. The waist can be adjusted with the side belts. It has some pleats and can be worn asymmetrically. I used it as a black mode item. I recommend it because it creates a draped look even when worn by men. I recommend wearing it over hakama pants.
