It's a Swedish brand, MOZ, known for its "Elk (moose)" motif. These boots are waterproof up to 4cm for 6 hours, but this applies only to the sole. They are designed to prevent water from seeping in when walking on wet surfaces or through puddles. They are not "completely waterproof" like rain boots, as water can gradually seep in from the laces and the nylon woven parts around the ankles when it's raining. They are primarily useful for trekking or camping, such as on forest roads wet with morning dew or in areas with many puddles. Based on my experience wearing these MOZ winter boots, the ankles are initially narrow and can be difficult to put on. However, after wearing them for a few days, the ankle width adjusts to your foot size, making them easier to wear.
