This is a NIKE fitting bench, acquired from a closed sneaker shop. It's quite old, so there is rust on the frame, and as you can see in the photo, there is tape on one part of the seat. Even if you reupholster it, the NIKE logo is on the side of the frame, so I think it can still be used beautifully.
