By the way, my recommended workout, which I used to do, is: 5 reps each side, for each exercise, in order from 1 to 5, with a 2-minute rest, and repeat 1 to 5 for 5 rounds. 1. Swing 2. Front Squat 3. Clean 4. Clean & Jerk 5. Snatch Once you get used to it, try increasing the number of reps or rounds, or see how many rounds you can do in 30 minutes!
