This is a Mini 4WD wheel and tire set. The wheels are not for sale, and the tires are from a while ago, so the packaging is in poor condition, but I don't think the contents are affected. They were stored away from sunlight, so I don't think there is any discoloration. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfect quality.
