This is an ADVANCE grade Pygmalius violin from 2009, an upper-level model. The strings are Dominant for A, D, and G strings, and Olive for the E string. It has a wonderful high-range clarity and tone. Highly recommended for upgrading from a beginner's inexpensive violin, or for a size upgrade from a 3/4 size. The strings were replaced and the sound post adjusted this spring, so you can still use it with confidence.
