This is a nunchaku made with 28mm diameter, 1.5mm thick grooved aluminum pipes and a (plated) iron chain. The grooved pipes make it less likely to slip out of your hands when swung, and less likely to dent if hit. The chain is shortened for freestyle use, making wrist spins easier.
