It is an authentic signature card from the 2004-05 Upper Deck SP Signatures series. This is a "on-card signature" autographed card, not a sticker-signed one. Although it's over 20 years old, it has been carefully stored in a dark place without being displayed or carried around in an album, so it is in good condition without any yellowing, fading, or discoloration. The autograph area appears to be burnt or smudged, but this is because the base is gold foil, and it actually has a blue color without any burning. There are some initial scratches on the corners, and there are also initial scratches (scratches) on the autograph area (gold foil stamping area).
