This is an iplay swim diaper with a built-in diaper function. I believe it's around 80-85 size, for 18 months. I bought these along with the 12-month and 24-month sizes. I was able to use the 12-month size for a long time, so I only used this one twice. I think it's relatively clean, but there might be some oversight. Please understand and purchase if you are okay with this. It's more economical than disposable swim diapers, and I liked these swim pants better because they feel secure and are very cute.
