Nishijin-ori, a fukuro obi made of silk. The white background with blue and navy banana leaves is very stylish. The fabric has a thin, sheer texture, like a sha (silk gauze), and can be used for single-layered garments or summer wear. Silver threads peek through the warp, subtly shimmering when light hits them. Highly recommended for Oshima Tsumugi, single-layered garments, and everyday summer wear. Price includes tailoring.
