I believe the condition is very good, as I used it with a book cover (and will send it with the cover on). The answers were written in a notebook, so there should be no writing in the book itself, but please forgive me if I missed anything. The answer sheets have been detached, but are included. Please consider purchasing, understanding that this is a used item. No returns or refunds, please.
