I believe this was a limited edition item from the Sanrio 60th Anniversary Exhibition. Purchased at the Sapporo Museum of Modern Art during the exhibition. Inside, I think there were silica gel packets and ramune candies in a plastic bag. It's a mini case with a red bus design from 2022, featuring Hello Kitty and her friends. It opens and closes by sliding. It doesn't open very wide to begin with, as shown in the fifth image.
