They are new and have been carefully stored for a long time. The cards themselves are almost undamaged and beautiful, but the accompanying envelopes are deteriorated, some have creases on the corners, and some have discoloration. I think that if you replace the envelopes with new ones, they would be at a level where they could be sent as cards without any problems.
