This is a plate I purchased from an antique art dealer. It is Ko-Imari, in the Kakiemon style. In Kakiemon-style painting, tree branches are often depicted in blue. The plum blossoms and rocks are painted with great detail. They are elegantly and neatly painted on the edge of the white, nigoshide (milky white) body. Almost flawless, with only slight scratches; an extremely beautiful item. There is a small, inconspicuous chip on the inside of the foot, but it may be a kiln mark.
